[vendtalk] lottery question for venders

Greetings colleagues,
I have enjoyed the back and forth relative to lottery. Well, most of it. It
would be really good if we could keep our eyes on the prize here. I think
that, given the interest I've seen on the list, as well as from some of the
calls I've received, the National Association of Blind Merchants should work
with some folks and explore the very best way we can access lottery
technologies. Dr. Maurer and Dr. Schroeder are very active at the highest
levels of the Worley Blind Union. I will ask them to investigate what the
Ansai folks are doing in Spain. I know that Charlie Richardson is continuing
his follow up. Perhaps we can have a full report on options and
possibilities at the upcoming BLAST conference. I'll put some effort into
this. If you have comments, alternative techniques, and data to share,
please be in touch with me.
