Greetings Colleagues,

 

We are very excited about the upcoming Merchant Meeting at the Washington
Seminar. Our President, Nicky Gacos, has truly put together an informative
and stimulating agenda. We invite blind entrepreneurs in or out of
Randolph-Sheppard. 

We invite our State Agency Partners who may be able to attend.

 

We will be assembling around 1:15 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday afternoon,
February 6, for networking and information sharing. Nicky will gavel the
meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.  We will adjourn by 4:00 p.m. so that we can
all be early for the National Federation of the Blinds "Great Gathering In!'
(Which begins at 5 p.m.).

 

Remember that we will be meeting in the Apollo Room. (Holiday Inn Capitol,
550 C Street SW, Washington, D.C.)

 

The meeting will feature discussion of our all new National Federation of
the Blind Entrepreneurs Initiative. Terry Smith will be facilitating that
discussion. Program items will also include a report on purchasing
opportunities, some new product offerings, Jessie Hartle - Government
Affairs Specialist; NFB, Dan Frye - Program Specialist; RSA, Andy Freeman of
Brown Goldstein & Levy reporting on legal matters and Dave Mandella
reporting on P.U.S.H soda and water. As you can see, this will be a jammed
packed agenda with much to discuss. 

 

We will also be distributing raffle tickets. It is one of our BIG
fundraisers!
