You can't.  I tried to do what you are considering and I thought the
almighty was coming down on me.  You might be able   to work some modified
deal through the BEP, which I did not try, if you are a participant.  Good

Greetings All, 

I am looking for information on how I can sell and use the Starbucks name
and products without a franchise. I am looking to sell it at  a coffee kiosk
and an over the counter snack bar. 
I know I can buy the "basic coffee" and cups but what about using signage
and other Starbucks coffee and products.
