I'm traveling in Ohio this weekend. 

However, AmeriSource is very very easy. You simply sign up. You order through the same sources from which you have always ordered. AmeriSource will track that data for you. You will then receive a quarterly check. This typically works better when you are using a national vend supplier, such as Vistar. When I get off the road next week, I can get you further clarification. Everyone can sign up on the AmeriSource program.
