Becky, we had a long call one night (which you are part of for a 
little while) and did pass the Constitution.  We now have to wait 
for the National Federation of the Blind of Washington Board to 
approve our Constitution.  Tonight, we have three interim 
officers: I'm interim President, Mike Forzano is Vice-President 
and Kaye is Secretary.  I will send out more inermation tomorrow.
