All a driver needs to do to circumvent the law, according to the Tribunal, is to make a claim of allergy after the fact. No proof required; the claim is sufficient.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText>The Canadian Federation of the Blind is working with Graeme McCreath and legal advisers to have this decision overturned. As we all know, freedom isn't free.
