[WesternWayneMI] Meeting finalization for Friday Dec. 15 and one minute message for memorization.

As discussed at today's meeting we'll be having a Christmas get together at
Leo's Coney Island in Bellville, as well as an informal meeting similar to
the one at the picnic  We've decided to meet at 4:00 rather than 5:00 to
give us a little extra time for our meeting and festivities. Below is the
formal information.
What: Wayne County Chapter Meeting and Holiday Festivities

Also I'm including here the one minute message of nfb. We discussed at the
meeting memorizing this one minute message both for ourselves and perhaps
to share with others. If your feeling brave maybe you'll be the first to
recite it at our Holiday gathering ′no pressure′.
The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can have the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
Thanks and be well. Hope to see you at state convention! And please don't
forget to save up your pocket change ′or decide perhaps that you don't need
all those old faded green pieces of paper in your wallet or purse and you'd
like to donate it to a worthy cause′. I really don't want to get dunked
folks; I'm shivering already. And remember: the chapter who donates the
most gets a portion back into the treasury. Every little bit helps. Thank
