Good morning to my fellow Youth coordinator's, My name is Carlos J montas. I am the youth coordinator for the State of Florida. About two weeks ago I participated in a youth coordinator seminar at the Jernigan institute. I learned a lot,and I look forward to sharing and exchanging ideas with all of you across the country.
