[blindkid] IEPs

Good ideas, Sally.  You can also add blindness 
skill goals that are not related to the 
curriculum.  For ex., if the student already 
knows the school backwards and forwards, there is 
still a need for the next logical O&M goal.  That 
might be something in the community.
