[blindkid] Braille Reading instructor

Mashawna, keep on it.  There is not an excuse, as to why you can't get
adequate Braille instruction!  The colleges/universities are the way to go.

I tried to apply for a job at the Tennessee School for the Blind, but,
thanks to Governor Bredesen, he has put a hiring freeze on all jobs!  This
is not appropriate; this is not adequate.
