[blindkid] readers for the SAT

Yes, I was really surprised myself. I was under the impression that
a reader was only allowed to read the directions and I asked both
testing company representatives the question as many ways as I could
think of. ACT said "as long as they read verbatim" and SAT said they
can read "all test items and questions" When I asked for
clarification ("Can they read the reading passages?"), the pleasantly
surprising answer was that they can indeed read the reading passages
and take direction from the blind test taker to go back and reread
the line or lines the test questions refer to.
