[blindkid] international roaming and your Cell Phones atConvention

Only 69 cents? Apparently Sprint charges $2.49 per minute for such  
roaming...

I am advised (by Sprint) that I can turn this option off in our  
phone's own settings.

Isn't that handy?

I have to to this manually for each phone and then they can disavow  
any claim of fault if we get billed for something since that  
responsibility is on the end user if something goes wrong...
