[blindkid] IEP Document Accessibility

That the way I understand it as well.
Families are supposed to get a final copy of the complete IEP document.
Our tax dollars are being used by the districts to purchase these IEP 
programs which are used in public schools.
School districts should be required to only adopt & use IEP programs that 
can output accessible files.
