Barbara,

This is NOT a requirement. It an be "legally" given either day.  Someone in 
your admistration said they didn't want to give it on Saturday - but should 
be proctered by someone that knows braille, so maybe the braille person 
doesn't want to give it on a weekend?

      We have learned that the PSAT will only be given in Braille on the
Wednesday before the regular Saturday test day.  This means that blind
students have to miss school to take the test.  Have others encountered
this requirement?
