[blindkid] Conference pre-registration deadline approaching

Pat,

I have attached my registration forms. There are one or two time frames that
I am not really sure on what, if anything, I will be attending.

Thank you again for your time last night. I really appreciate the insight
you have to offer. I am looking forward to attending National Convention.
