[blindkid] Convention hotel questions

Nick,

The Tower may be a bit more convenient for NFB General session access
but things are spread all over the Tower and both Atrium buildings. As
long as you're in the Hilton itself, you'll be close to some things
and further from others. It is a beautiful place, but really is spread
out a lot.

Is there something in particular you want to be near? I expect rooms
are all assigned for the meetings by now-- something could probably be
looked up. One thing for certain, this isn't like Detroit where you'll
be outside crossing the street in traffic to get to a meeting. In fact
all I know of that you'll have to go outside for, is to get to the
outdoor pool, so if you don't mind the indoor pool, you could rather
happily stay in air conditioned comfort all week and just order room
service or eat in the hotel.

With that said though, I HIGHLY suggest you go out to the multi-acre
lawn area near the pool with the walking track and the Koi pond and
the statues on the lawn. It is absolutely beautiful back there!

Richard
