17 new children are now on the  WACAP website. 10 girls and 7 boys
including  two with vision issues. To see their photos go www.wacap.org and
select waiting child to receive an instant password. Or contact

the grants.
 
ZQM 1 year old girl with cleft lip and palate not speaking yet and has
eye issues. $4200 grant
