Also NVDA has a portable version in case it's not Serotech's.

It's from Serotek: http://www.serotek.com/kk-main.  My son has used it and
he likes it but it is slower than the same software installed on the hard
drive.  This may not be a problem for you.  My son tends to be impatient!

I am trying to find out if anyone out there knows anything about the free
screen reading software for vision impared that is portable and just plugs
into the usb port on any computer. I heard about it several years ago, but
am only just now thinking it would apply for us. I guess it is self
contained so that kids can take it everywhere so that all computers would be
accessible. If anyone knows about this software, please let me know.
