That was probably my fault Eric-- It made total sense to me that someone had
a padlock  (maybe with a slightly larger dial?) that had braille at least
every 5 numbers or so and a dot to align with. Sounded pretty neat
actually-- I had a perfect  picture of it in my mind and I wanted to see
the actual piece. (Sorry for any confusion I caused.)

I get a bit excited to see anything my daughter doesn't generally get to use
or experience made available or more accessible-- even a padlock!
