[blindkid] Braille Music Workshop Oct 21

If this workshop goes well, it sounds like a possible winner for next
summer's National Convention.
My kids have just started learning music braille - it would be really neat
for them to have the chance to participate in a functional music workshop
to solidify & clarify what they have learned & to springboard their
further understanding.
