Kim,
Please pass this message onto parents or teachers of blind children.

I am enrolled in an infants and early childhood growth and development
class.  One of my assignments is to interview parents of children born with
a birth defect due to exposure to a teratogen (An agent, such as a virus, a
drug, or radiation, that causes malformation of an embryo or fetus).

I am specifically interested in speaking with parents or teachers of
children born with visual impairment or blindness due to this exposure.
I will respect the privacy of anyone responding.
