Hello:

It is my understanding that some countries do not accept Free Matter packages. The packages should not weigh more than fifteen pounds and they require a customs form.

Regards,

Robert

Subject: [blindkid] Free Matter Question

Hello All,
I have sent Braille books via Free Matter for the Blind in the US and Canada.
Has anyone sent things out of the country? I wanted to send some books to a school in Ethiopia, but was told I could not send Free Matter. Has anyone had experience with this? Is the cost prohibitive to ship Braille books out of the country?
Thanks!
