[blindkid] 5year old with low vision (again)

Hi Jill,
It's Jessica from the NOAH website and Albinism_International.

An, Orientation and Mobility specilist would help Andrew learn how to 
get around in unfimilar places. When he was three years old an had the 
O&M evaluation done was in a fimiliar place so at that point yes he 
would have been fine.  However, I don't know why they wouldn't have 
reevaluated him when he started both at the preschool and at the 
elementary school.

Keep in mind my first introduction to O&M was at summer camp run at the 
school for the blind in Utah the camp was run by the outreach director 
at the whom was my TVI's boss. Formally I didn't have my formal 
introduction to O&M wasn't until I was a Sophomore in high school, And, 
ever  since then I always worked with an Orientation and Mobility 
Specialist has worked with me whenever I've moved to a new unfimiliar area.
