[blindkid] code changes

Heidi,

I can give you a little information.  The plan is to move to something called Unified English Braille.  For those of us who read braille, it is pretty easy to read.  
Besides the fact that other English speaking countries are moving toward this system, it has some advantages over the existing system.  Some aspects of 
change will not be easy, though.  However, it should make it easier to get good braille translations from electronic texts, for one thing.
