[blindkid] Reading with Expression.

Penny,

Would it be possible for the teacher to perhaps allow your daughter to scan
the passage first, allowing her to read to herself the passage or passages
that the teacher would like her to read aloud in class? In that manner it
would then allow your daughter to infuse her reading with the proper
inflection and emotion intended? Either that, or explain to the teacher how
Braille works, and that being expressive in that manner takes a little
compromise?

Thank you Arielle

She is working on two handed reading and I know her TVI is working on that
skill more. I already told her it would come with more practice. I guess
it was something she went over in class today ans she was upset it was
something she couldn't do yet.

Thank you.
Penny
