Hi Allison!
Thank you for your reply!
I was able to sit down with Hank tonight and do some experimenting. I
think it is the new IOS update not playing nice with Book Share.

Everything works fine when he pairs his Brailliant to his Ipod which is
running IOS 6.1.5 He can read the book and turn pages back & forth
normally, using the controls on the braille display.

When he uses the Ipad running IOS 7.0.5 the navigation within a book is
wonky. He can open the book without a problem but when he tries to advance
lines or turn the page it jumps around & skips chunks of text. The only
way he can get it to go to the correct line is to tap the screen. Makes
for a very choppy reading experience.

I'm going to submit this info on the Bookshare website but wanted to
respond here as well in case anyone else is having this problem.

Holly
