My daughter uses the program and loves it.  We just called the company MarvelSoft to report that the laptop we loaded it on crashed and died and that we needed to load it on the new laptop the school provided.  They refused saying that because we purchased it from Maxaids that they couldn't do anything for us.  They rudely told us we should have purchased it directly from the company.  Additionally, the program is supposed to be good for 3 downloads and we only downloaded it twice and they still won't help us.  Buyer beware.
