Yes, thanks everyone. I got it working. It's a pretty neat device, and a good device for my 5 year old to practice his Braille without using a Perkins brailler.

Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can have the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

We did try to pair it via Bluetooth under accessibility/voice over/Braille. It locates the device and is able to stay connected for one second and then disconnects. We went to the Apple store and they could not pair it either. We are thinking that it's an issue with the Refreshabraille. Any one have ideas? We did contact APH.
