Hi Marianne,

No need to apologize, please share away your frustrations! It's great for us parents to hear about the experiences (and difficulties) of blind adults. I really appreciate reading everyone's comments on here! Just a thought, but have you ever considered working at a school with a resource room? I know a blind TVI who does this. Hopefully, all this talk of driverless cars will come into fruition. My son knows he won't be able to drive a car but we do talk about driverless cars.

Also, thanks for the suggestion on the Refreshabraille 18! Our TVI ordered it for my son because there were surplus quota funds. Can't wait to pair it with the IPAD!

Thanks,
Pui
