Hi Traci,

How old are your kids and where do you live? I can better suggest resources if I know that. Also, would you be open to online training maybe through Skype or Facetime?

When I was a kid my mom found a local blind adult to teach me JAWS and it helped a great deal. I learned more from him in a month than I did in 3 years of AT training with my TVI.

Does anyone know if there is any training geared towards kids for JAWS?
Our school is just not making progress in this area.  My kids are very proficient on iPads for working, but laptop/Jaws is not on the priority list it seems.  We have been working on it at home some, but I just don't know where to start either.  I've watched videos here and there and taught them that, but even the list of commands I'm finding isn't helpful or accurate sometimes.
