[blindkid] Middle schoolers

I think BANA should have made a decision one way or the other.  This idea
of leaving it up to the states is crazy.  To make matters worse, Ohio has
decided to leave it up to each school district.  I think that is a failure
to understand the needs of our students.  If a child learns UEB math in one
state and moves to another state where they use nemeth or visa versa, I
feel sorry for that student.  Our children have enough challenges with math
since it is taught in a visual way and now we throw this on top of all of
that.  Okay, enough said.  I hope it gets worked out so all states are on
the same page.  I prefer nemeth but I can learn whatever I need to learn
but this is a mess.
