[blindkid] request for Braille books

Hello Traci,
Many countries have a reciprocal agreement by which braille reading and 
writing  and audio reading equipment can ship free matter. I'm not sure 
where you can look up participating countries but I know there's a lot of 
them. Perhaps the ubiquitous Google search would be the place to start. I 
certainly ship braille books to Uganda and to India and Australia free 
matter.
