[blindkid] Which conference?

Traci, NFB convention is wonderful! We've been going since my daughter was 4, she's now a college sophomore. There are sessions, a "youth track" for the kids and there is usually a pre-teen type room for the kids to hang out together. Winona always enjoys meeting up with friends she's met over the years and attending some of the meetings, even those not necessarily geared FOR the kids. The parents' seminars, and best kids' events, are usually the day before convention actually begins.
Definitely worth attending as much as you can! Debby

Thanks. My kids are lucky enough to have other friends and adults around them with VI's... Do they have sessions she might like or a daycare situation?
