Transition Assessment for Youth with Significant Disabilities

The Zarrow Center at the University of Oklahoma is a great place to find useful assessments that help to focus on the strengths, needs, and preferences of youth who cannot easily communicate with parents and professionals.   The following tools are useful for youth with significant disabilities: Child Preference Indicators, Personal Preference Indicators, and Employment Support Indicators.
