[blindkid] Schematic Diagrams and Programming

As far as programming environments go, I would suggest Emacspeak http://github.com/tvraman/emacspeak. Documentation isn’t the best and it can be a bit difficult to use at times, but it has the best speech feedback out of anything I’ve found.
Failing that, there’s Eclipse for Java, which can be made more accessible using this add-on for the NVDA screen reader <https://github.com/albzan/eclipse-nvda>
Also, not a big Braille user, but Unified English Braille (UEB) is the new standard Braille code which has replaced the regional varieties for some time now. Perhaps it has some way of representing schematic symbols?
