[BlindKid] Important Survey!

Good Afternoon Melissa:

It appears this page "cannot be found.."  Virginia tried to pull it up
so she could fill out the survey.  So, she came down to me and asked
if we could try on my computer.  I got the same thing.  "paige cannot
be found."
