The capacity is 300. We, the zoom hosts, have been instructed to call our help desk if we get within 50 of that number to raise the capacity.

Great question! As far as I know, our limit is 300 for each meeting. It is possibly more for our main sessions (not our workshops) but I am not sure. I will find out what the work around is if we reach that limit.
Thanks,
Melissa

Subject: [BlindKid] Zoom Person Limit Question

Good morning all,
I'm looking forward to today's meetings & the Conference in general.
At 7:00 or 7:01 am today, my son tried to Zoom into his morning Rebah & Educaton Meeting & though he paid & had signed he up ahead of time he was not allowed in due the *Zoom 100 person limit*. He was ultimately able to get in to listen via a dial-in phone number.
I have seen such Zoom meeting 100-person limit issues with other meetings.
*Is there going to be a Zoom Person Limit for the NOPBC Meetings? *For that more in-person feel, I'd personally prefer being able to see the presenter or panel etc.
If there is a limit per session, can you clarify the work-around?
Thanks
Eric
