[blindlaw] Satelitte TV Tuner Boxes

I have an old VCR, made by Zenith, that speaks every function. It is the
only VCR I have had where I could set it to record in the future, and set up
the options after the power went out. The difference is the data never
changed. With Disha nd Direct TV, Tivo and other DVR systems is the
continually changing data. That would require more effort, but definitely
possible.
