Thank you for the referral. I'm specifically looking for an attorney who is also visually impaired for this case.  That is why I posted to Blind Law mailing list. I will check with the Council of Attorney Parent Advocates for this. Thank you

You may want to check the web site of the Council of Attorney Parent Advocates at www.capa.net as they list many attorneys and advocates in southern California and elsewhere in the country. The searchable data base is organized by state as this is a national organization.
