[blindlaw] favorable ruling in Enyart case

As I understand it,  a written opinion has not yet been  issued.  The judge 
indicated that the National Conference of Bar Examiners  violated 
Stephanie's rights by refusing to allow her to use the technology of  her choice to 
take the Multiple Choice Section of the Bar Exam.  I was not  present at the 
ruling, I only heard Dr. Maurer discuss it this morning.
 
Congratulations, Stephanie!  This has been a long time coming, and  
hopefully all blind lawyers will now be able to use the accommodations they deem  
necessary in all future Bar Examinations.
