[blindlaw] accessibility options

I am a user of JAWS for accessibility to computers.  Yesterday, a friend gave me a short demonstration of the Universal Accessibility program on his Apple McIntosh.  I am, also, aware that Windows Vista and 07 come with similar programs called Windows Narrator.

Is there anyone out there that is utilizing said programs in lieu of JAWS.  I would appreciate your input regarding said programs.
