[blindlaw] Attending law school via distance learning

In your opinion, Should  people be permitted to attend law school via distance learning? Attached is standard 3.6, which deals with distance learning. California is the only state which allows students who attend law school via distance learning to sit for their bar. Please read the standard carefully, before commenting. What would be the pros and cons concerning this method? Sincerely, RJ
