[blindlaw] Highlighting Text in PDF Documents

Hi All,

Are there any ways of highlighting relevant portions of documents that
are in PDF? The context menu doesn't seem to work, and the conversion
of the document from PDF to Word often produces substandard and
unintelligible results in addition to being very cumbersome and
time-consuming for documents running into hundreds of pages. Any
suggestions would be immensely appreciated and might just end up
saving my career. ;)
