In the acknowledgements section of the website, the author thanked someone for putting this into HTML 5 format. I was under the impression that HTML 5 is fairly accessible, so I was surprised it is not working properly. Perhaps I am mistaken about HTML 5. I too have had great luck with Firefox in situations where Internet Explorer let me down.

This actually makes me think that it may work with Firefox. It's not a scientific study, but my experience has been that many websites which work for Apple users, but don't work for Internet Explorer users, frequently work with Firefox. I know the person asking the question did so in regards to Internet Explorer, but Firefox is free, easy to use with JAWS, and may offer a solution here.
