Ms. Kelby:

I've been reading this thread for a while now and I think I understand what
you are trying to do;
here's what I'd do,
I assume, (maybe incorrectly) that you are a law student who is taking a
contracts class; and you wish to have the statue handy during class itself;
if this is so, then you should have a subscription to lexis or westlaw;
in either case, when you pull up the statute on one of those services,
there are some links above the text of the statute that say email, download,
print, etc;
what I would do is download each section of the code of the UCC as separate
text file;
I believe that when choosing download option you can select txt, doc, pdf
etc.

keep in mind that since the UCC is a pretty big pandect of code you will
want to download it in sections and then put it on your note taker.

please advise,

Mike M.

What I'm hoping to find is one that you can download for offline reading.
