I just googled these books, and they're both published by West. West
will provide text pdfs of any textbook, usually within 24 hours of
receiving a request from a school's DSS office. They will want a copy of
the receipt showing you purchased the print book (the email receipt from
amazon should work – it always did when I was a student). West
prefers dealing with school DSS offices, rather than directly with
students, but you can contact them directly if the school is somehow
failing at the simple web form for requesting accessible textbooks.
