Hi everyone,



Fair Work Center's legal team is growing - help us find the right person to join us!



We are looking for a staff attorney to join our team's efforts advocating on behalf of, and alongside, Washington workers. While we have a preference for candidates who have already been admitted in Washington, there is some flexibility for the right person.



With the support of many of you, FWC was founded just a few years ago to tackle the access to justice crisis for low-wage, immigrant, and otherwise marginalized workers. Our organization's model is unique: we combine legal services with community-based education and campaigns that empower our clients to both stand up for themselves and also to advocate for other workers to change industry norms. Our work has grown tremendously over the last few years, and we are excited about what's to come!



Our team is collaborative and makes decisions about the strategic approach of our work together. Attorneys have the opportunity to see a wide variety of labor and employment issues and to explore cases of most interest to them. We have an expanding litigation practice - this is a particularly great opportunity for someone who is excited about helping to shape the direction of our docket.
