[blindLaw] Searching in Westlaw

Hello Scott and all,

I have an account with Westlaw and noticed that they have been changing internal staff lately. 
I tried to reach support for another issue and didn’t get a response, which is unusual. I always had good support with them. 

It might  be the pandemic effect.
