Check to see if you are searching only a field such as the To or Subject.

Subject: [blindLaw] Outlook Advanced Search

**RECEIVED FROM EXTERNAL SENDER – USE CAUTION**

On my new work PC when I use the Ctrl+Shift+F command to do an advanced search and then type in my search terms, when i click "find now" no messages come up, even where I know there are messages containing the text in question. I have used the JAWS cursor to see if the PC cursor is missing something, but no luck. JAWS 2020 and Outlook 2013. Anybody have suggestions? This new work setup has been nothing but trouble for some reason.
