[blindLaw] Zoom mediations

Does anyone have experience acting as mediator on a Zoom mediation? If so, could you offer some tips or tricks either on or off list? I have had several inquiries as to whether I would offer that service, but have only participated on Zoom as an invitee, not as a host, and especially not where I am responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the proceedings.
